Everyone has fallen in love with the Aperol spritz in the last couple of years, they are light and refreshing and have such a summer vibe. This recipe is like an Aperol spritz and white sangria had a baby, slightly bitter and a little sweet. Delightful. The practical part of me likes to make an easy batch drink that can be made in advance when having friends over. This sangria is low maintenance and tastes better the longer it sits so is ideal for entertaining. Make it the day before for the best fruit flavors. Cheers!
